Land reorganization is expanding to the Ukraine !
On March 6th, 1996, in the Donetsk oblast, farm "Lenin" will hold its auction, in the presence of the oblast governor Valery Scherban. It'll be the first land privatization in the modern history of the Ukraine.
Meanwhile, back in Russia, some 40,000 people have become land owners to date, and some 500 new farming enterprises have been created, as a result of the farm re-organization program.
