Dear all,

What we need is formal paperwork to circulate to the Council Meeting in
April 2004 so that any decision is an informed decision.

I have no paperwork from the group to show why there should be a new
Commission of PalaeoPedology within Division One although as with the other
two there has been the understanding that this would be put to the Council
Meeting in Philadelphia

I have a good case from both WG PM and WG MO.

I requested the three groups to supply such information way back in the
early summer following our meeting in London.
