Dear all,
What we need is formal paperwork to circulate to the Council Meeting in April 2004 so that any decision is an informed decision. I have no paperwork from the group to show why there should be a new Commission of PalaeoPedology within Division One although as with the other two there has been the understanding that this would be put to the Council Meeting in Philadelphia I have a good case from both WG PM and WG MO. I requested the three groups to supply such information way back in the early summer following our meeting in London.
